I have installed my board in a certified system. The use of other HW or SW revisions would require a new certification. What should I do?

In this case, please contact sales@aivion.de. We can provide an old firmware version for your product. If you need old HW revisions, we can provide those as well, but there may be minimum order quantities. Please contact us if you have this kind of requirement.

I am using a camera model that is not officially supported. Can I still use the AIVION interfaces?

If the camera supports the LVDS interface with the 30-pin KEL connector, there is a good chance that this will work. Please contact us in this case. If you provide us with the camera block, we will check if it works and possibly add support for this camera block.
